After you have got some ideas about Buddhism from our Basic Dhamma section, and wish to learn more about Buddhism. This is the right place to be.

Learning and practicing Buddhism take discipline and patience. A lot of us are confused in the beginning, and are not sure if we are doing right or not. This is not unusual.

As you begin to explore more on our website, the picture of the Buddha Dhamma should become clearer for you.

However, if you feel that you are full with the philosophical aspect of the Dhamma, you may proceed directly to the Practice section, but we suggest you to read our Words of Advicebefore you go.

From this point on, you will have to start learning new terms in Pali because the authors of the following sections are experienced in using these terms.

If you feel stressed and unable to accept certain doctrines, don't force yourself. The Buddha's teaching is very deep and subtle, and not many people are able to understand at once. As time goes by, you will be able to appreciate the Buddha Dhamma more and more.
